- RMS Life reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found engaging in misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
4. Payment & Transactions
- All online payments on RMS Life are processed securely through our integrated payment gateway partners.
- We do not store your card or banking details. All financial data is encrypted and handled directly by the payment gateway in compliance with RBI and PCI-DSS standards.
- Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS. In case of any payment failure, please retry or contact your payment provider or bank support.
- In the event of duplicate or erroneous payments, refund requests will be verified and processed as per our refund policy within 7–10 working days.
5. Orders, Refunds & Cancellations
- Orders placed successfully are processed and shipped as per availability.
- If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once the product is dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated to the original payment method used during the transaction and may take 7–14 business days depending on your bank or payment gateway policies.
6. Product Use & Disclaimer
Our Ayurvedic medicines and wellness products are developed under expert supervision. However, individual results may vary depending on age, condition, and medical history. We recommend consulting a registered practitioner before starting any new health regimen.
RMS Life shall not be responsible for any misuse of products, allergic reactions, or side effects caused by improper use.

All trademarks, designs, text, logos, and media displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Rudra Mahasangha. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
RMS Life is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, products, or website. Our liability, in any case, will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the order in dispute.
